Service Options
- Pick-Up
Pick up your selected hot or cold menu items from our catering kitchen. Cold items come with reheat instructions.
- Drop-Off
We deliver to your provided address. Add-ons include serving trays, utensils, disposable plates, silverware, napkins, and optional disposable chafing dishes (keeps food warm for up to 2 hours).
- Self-Service Buffet
We set up a buffet using real chafing dishes and food displays. At least two service staff will be present to maintain the buffet.
- Full-Service Buffet
Includes buffet setup with real chafing dishes. Service staff will be assigned based on your menu and service needs to ensure smooth operation.
- Trademark Service
Our premium option. Includes chef team, plated service, real dishware, silverware, linen napkins, and glassware. Full staffing included.
Menu Tastings
We offer private tastings for serious inquiries or confirmed bookings. A tasting fee will apply and can be credited toward your final event invoice if you book with us. Tastings are scheduled based on kitchen availability and your selected menu items.

- Gratuity
A 20% gratuity is added to all events to ensure fair compensation for our service professionals. This may vary slightly depending on service level.
Delivery Fees
- 0–10 miles: $15
- 10–20 miles: $35
- 20–30 miles: $55
- 30–40 miles: $75
- 40–50 miles: $95
Payment Schedules & Deadlines
- Events within 60 days & under $500:
- 35% nonrefundable deposit to secure the date
- Final balance due 2 weeks before the event
- Guest count may increase, but not decrease, after final payment
- Events beyond 60 days & over $500:
- 20% nonrefundable deposit to secure the date
- 45% of the invoice due 60 days prior
- Remaining balance due 2 weeks before the event
